This facility was pleasant and front desk associates were all respectful and answered all questions I had. I'm one of those people who are terrified of dentists, but these people made me feel a little at ease with there professionalism and knowledge base. I'm definitely going to make this my new dentist.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I was charged for a service based on a diagnosis that turned out to be incorrect. After seeking a second opinion, another dentist was able to fix the issue properly—without the unnecessary treatment I was originally told I needed. It felt like this office was more focused on profits than patient care.

I hope they take steps to prioritize patient well-being over pushing treatments. I had emergency pain in my tooth that needed a root canal, they insisted that I need a scan on my teeth to see the issue. So after I agreed to the scan Nowitcki told me he still did not know which tooth it was but then proceed to stick with a bill for just a scan.

I do not like the dentist and was nervous for my root canal. The entire staff were empathetic, professional, and timely. Dr. Glass performed the root canal, he was very empathetic, efficient, and professional.

I had very minimal pain following the procedure and no pain 1 day after the procedure. Dr. Glass even followed up and called me the same day to see how I was feeling. I would highly recommend

My experience with Dr Nowicki for a root canal in a cracked tooth couldn't have gone any smoother. I was a bit nervous since I have never had much wrong with my teeth other than cleaning or fillings. The office staff was very nice and helpful and Dr Nowicki was very professional, thorough and compassionate. He explained everything as he was doing the procedure and I had no pain during or after the procedure.

Just a little soreness so I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Nowicki.
