I'd give 6/5 stars if Google would allow. This is my experience, yours may differ. 100% wonderful service and dental care. About two weeks ago I developed pain and swelling in the gum tissue near a tooth that had a root canal from 20 years ago. I saw my local family dentist who called and got me in to see Dr. Jesperson the same day (the office saves a spot each day for emergencies). I was given an honest consult, brief but incredibly thorough assessment of my situation.

The root canal had failed and would need to be re-done. I returned two days later for the procedure. The only pain was my own anxiety and a small pinch with the local anesthetic. Procedure went as planned. Today I have a little swelling but minimal pain (tylenol). I remain hopeful that my tooth will heal and not need to be removed. The front desk ladies are kind, informative and welcoming.

Please know that the office doesn't accept insurance payments, but will file claims for you. So, be prepared to pay about 30% of the overall fee at the time of service. I was happy to do this in the context of prompt/excellent service and was clearly informed about this before coming in. I'm thankful to have found this office. Endodontic care in the area is hard to access, and I was thankful for the quick turnaround.

Dr. Jespersen and his assistant Avery were very kind and professional, as was everyone at the front desk! The root canal was painless (worst part was my own anxiety), and everyone took careful consideration to make it a comfortable experience.

Fantastic result and very professional. Dr. Nordeen and his assistant Kate were very professional yet friendly. He had to locate a canal he couldn't see on the imagery in order to make this a simple process instead of dental surgery or tooth removal .

I was numbed up quickly, and very quickly he found the canal and in rapid pace he completed the job. I was very happy with the results. If you need a root canal done, go to these guys. They are top notch!

They called me the same day they got the referral from my dentist and got me on the schedule quicker than I was expecting since it was almost the holidays. They were quick with answers when I had questions leading up to my appointment, and I really like that I could text them my question if the receptionists were already on the phone with someone else when I called. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. Dr.

Jespersen explained what my xrays showed and made sure I was comfortable for the whole root canal. It was a really great experience overall.
