My daughter had a bad fall at age ten and loosened a permanent tooth. At that time we saw several endodontists who had a terrible bed side manner and did not put this mom nor her nervous 10 year old at ease. The dentist helped us to conclude that we should give the tooth time to see what it might do. Fast forward 4 years and the tooth has browned at gum line and causing pain. We went to see Dr. Cohen and he was calm, confident, kind and reassuring. His office assistants were equally comforting. The office coordinator, Denise, is extremely organized and helpful.
Today my daughter had her root canal and she was extremely nervous. I was allowed to sit at her feet and speak to her. I knew she was in great hands. Dr. Cohen is an excellent doctor who I must highly recommend. One last note: This is Covid time and this office is extremely cautious, organized with a plan and take many extra precautions to ensure their safety and yours.

Nothing but great things to say about this office, the doctor & the entire staff! The office staff was so sweet and understanding with me on the phone and in the chair, I struggle with severe dental anxiety. This was my second time getting a root canal but my first time with Dr. Cohen. I ALWAYS have nitrous but their office doesn't offer it. I went to them anyways because of how much pain I was having & how early they got me in. The ladies were awesome and Dr. Cohen was too.
Calm, made me laugh, great "chair side" manner. They took their time being thorough with the exam and making sure I truly needed one, I did. They let me listen to my music on loud (hate the sounds) and checked in on me to see how I was doing multiple times. I'm happy to be pain free now and finally able to sleep through the night. Bonus, Dr. Cohen called me himself to see how I was doing after the root canal.

He's an awesome doctor with a great bedside manner. I was sent to him for a routine root canal, and it was a really good experience. He took the time to explain everything step by step during the procedure, which really helped calm my nerves. My last root canal with another doctor was pretty bad, but this time was totally different. I’m super impressed by him and would 10/10 recommend!

WOW! Dr. Cohen & his team are truly Baltimores BEST. Not only were they extremely kind, caring and friendly, he made sure to narrate each step of the endodontics therapy so that I was educated on the process and aware of what was happening in my mouth. The entire procedure was quick and pain free. I also appreciate the attention to detail shown during the procedure, where they took time to double check the quality of the work performed to ensure I was well taken care of. IN ADDITION- Dr. Cohen did a wellness check on me the evening of my procedure, calling me well after hours to ensure I was feeling well and provide me his home number should I experience discomfort.
It’s extremely clear that Dr. Cohen cares for his patients even after they leave his chair. To those concerned with pricing: the pricing for this office is on par with others in the area, and is WELL WORTH the level of expertise and detail provided during the treatment. You get what you pay for. Five stars is not enough.
