I saw Dr. Samson three times in six weeks because I was having pain in one of my teeth. He didn't perform an x-ray, instead repeatedly adjusting a filling, which didn’t address the issue. He implied that the pain was the result of me not doing a good job of brushing my teeth. I was scheduled to see Dr. Samson a fourth time but he cancelled my appointments on the day of THREE TIMES. The first time, they asked me if I could come in earlier.

I told them that I could not. They called back to cancel my appointment so he could go home early. My appointment was rescheduled to the following day at 4:30. When I got there, the receptionist told me that it was too close to the end of the work day. My appointment was rescheduled yet again. I arrived and my appointment was cancelled. He was too “busy” to see me.

He had his secretary discharge me from his services. I then went to a different dentist who performed an x-ray. The pain was coming from a different cavity on the same tooth. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Charging insurance for things that were never done. Dentist never in the actual office twice when I went for cleanings. Then went back for a filling and was in pain for 2 weeks afterwards.

Followed up at another dentist and turns out I had nerve exposure needed a root canal which was probably the case at the very first filling they did. Will never go back to this office.

Terrible and Unsafe Experience I had an awful experience at this dentist’s office. The dentist attempted to pull my teeth without properly numbing the area, leaving me in excruciating pain throughout the procedure. There was no assistant to help, and I was even told to hold my own teeth while he worked. When I instinctively reached for his hand out of pain, he threatened to walk out if I didn’t stop and he did. It was traumatizing. I later visited another dentist who told me the first dentist was pulling a nerve connected to my brain, which could have had serious consequences.

This level of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. This place needs to be shut down before someone is seriously harmed. Please think twice before visiting this clinic, especially if you're considering bringing your children. Your safety is not worth the risk.

Stay away! Please don’t waste your time or money. I don’t really regret anything because I didn’t fully review or look at my options before going here to get braces, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
