We were very impressed with the entire staff here! We were visiting South Haven for the day from out of town and our daughter had an orthodontist emergency. This office saved the day! They were very friendly, professional, and happy to help. The entire staff was very warm, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They did an amazing job fixing the problem and had it resolved in no time! This office was very skilled and did a wonderful job resolving our orthodontic emergency. I was so impressed overall with this office. If we lived in this area I would definitely be taking my daughter here.

They were all very happy to help and empathetic with the situation. They helped us in a timely and friendly manner. This office definitely brought me hope in the kindness of humanity. We are very grateful for this office staff that helped save the day while we are vacationing here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an amazing orthodontist and staff!

Our family has been very satisfied with our son’s care. Staff are friendly and very good at explaining and demonstrating procedures to help our son feel as comfortable as possible. I especially appreciated Sandy taking interest in my son’s hobbies, reassuring him that he can play his preferred contact sports with braces, and taking time to ask him about it at a follow up visit with one of the assistants. That level of care and personal goes above and beyond what I was expecting and reassures me that our family is in good hands.

I also appreciate Dr. Oppenhuizen’s thorough evaluation and explanation of the treatment plan. I would recommend this office to others.

Clean safe environment. Staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome. My daughter was very nervous about getting her braces but they explained every step of the procedure as well as how to take care of her teeth while she has her braces. We left feeling like we made the right decision and know all we need to about what to expect. Thank you for the great experience 😀

Dr. Oppenhuizen and all the staff have been very helpful as we’re beginning the journey of braces for our daughter. There’s a calm, peaceful atmosphere in the office and we feel confident with the level of knowledge and expertise of everyone. We have several friends whose children have been patients here and they’ve all had great experiences.
