Great all around experience. First time patient. Great communication prior to my visit. Staff were all incredibly friendly and comforting both leading up to and during my visit. Office was clean and well designed/decorated. Technology was modern. Would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

I was initially impressed by this dental practice's scheduling process and communication. The office itself is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, which created a positive first impression. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinical team did not reflect the same level of care. My teeth didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned after the hygienist finished working. It left me questioning the quality and completeness of the care provided.

The appointment included Panorex and bite-wing X-rays, as well as photos, but it wasn’t clear how these contributed to my diagnosis or treatment plan. I couldn’t shake the feeling that some of these procedures might have been more about billing than clinical necessity. The dentist never introduced herself, so I left not knowing which provider I saw. Her manner felt impersonal and abrupt—jumping straight into treatment recommendations for small cavities that had never been mentioned by my previous dentist of many years. There was no effort to build trust or explain the rationale for these suggestions, and my visible discomfort went unnoticed.

After decades of routine, drama-free dental care elsewhere, I left this appointment feeling unheard and overwhelmed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to others looking for compassionate, patient-centered care.

You guys were awesome and will be my choice for all future visits. I feel like you rolled out the red carpet. I was not a current patient until my visit today but I am now and have already scheduled my next cleaning. My kids are patients so now you have us all. Fitting me in for an emergency crown was more than I expected and a testament to the level of service you want to provide. Your entire staff was awesome.

Love the comfort provided for the several hours I was there. Could not have been improved upon. Don’t change a thing. You guys rock.

Eno River Dental was amazing. Every person there was warm and welcoming and they did an amazing job. The hygienist was gentle, and the dentist went over everything with me and answered all my questions. Quite honestly, it was like walking into a spa when I first got there. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have found my new dentist!
