I did a review before and I only told the truth but since I did that I did took it down to be nice.
I called to Make an appointment and I had the money and now they're telling me because I did the review it hurt their practice, well guess what they would not see me now I have been going to this dentist since 2002 to this dentist well now I'm upset and I'm going to tell you now the truth again!! I was told that I can't come back they don't want me back they won't see me and now! "I have a tooth that's been killing me it had open wires it broke off they knew about it they wouldn't take payments and yesterday I was an extreme pain and they said no you can't come and see him That's an example of what I've been going through"Even though I have the money and now I have to see a new dentist and start all over again, this is how they treat their patients so you say the wrong thing you're out the door they won't see you and it's all about their stupid money that's all they care about they don't care about their patients so yeah I am telling the truth again so you want to know something I let people know on social media how they treat people if You are down and out they won't see you so I hope they're happy I'm a good person I've been very sick with cancer they knew about it I have chronic lymphomaic leukemia I've been very sick with that they don't care so to doctor Romano's practice Good luck with your practice Hope you're happy so if you have bad health and you have money problems I guess your lowlife to them it's all about money My husband missed a lot of work because of my cancer because of my other health issues too I was also in a hit-and-run car accident that didn't help any so goodbye Good luck to people that go to him because you're nothing but a dollar sign I'm done if I could give them a zero I would so that's all I wanted to say!!!

I have been going to this office for many years for all my dental needs. Dr. Romano is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. He has the ability to make me feel comfortable and calm in what can be an uncomfortable situation. His staff is very personable and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Romano to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was happy going here until recently. I had an appointment in December for my 6 month checkup, but I had to cancel due to starting a new job. I called to reschedule and nothing was available then anytime after 3:30pm. I was told that they would call me back to reschedule and I never heard back. It’s now April so I called today to see if I could get an appointment.
Nope, nothing available in the foreseeable future. They didn’t even try and couldn’t get me off of the phone fast enough after I stated that I guess I need to find a new dentist. This office has such restricted days and hours that it’s just not worth it. After that call, why would I continue to go to this office when they really don’t care about all of their patients.
