Front office is terrible. Was having an issue after just being seen the day before. Not only could they not relay the correct message to the dentist, the wouldn’t even let me finish saying that I was allergic to a certain antibiotic before they hung up on me. I’m 41 years old and have been going there since I was a kid. I’m done!!!

I used to come to Dr. Hicks for all of my appointments and dental needs. They stopped accepting my insurance a few years ago and I have yet to find a good replacement.

I had an appointment earlier in the day with a dentist I have been seeing the last couple of years and it was terrible, I called Dr. Hicks' office immediately and they got me in same day! I have to pay for everything out of pocket, but the care and service is definitely worth it! I will continue to come here for as long as possible!!

I switched to this office after having a dentist who gave me a filling every time he cleaned my teeth. After 5 years of coming here, I have never needed a filling! They are great with my kids, kind and professional. The staff is so kind too!! I Recently had a TMJ emergency and they squeezed me in right away, rushed to make me a splint for my mouth and fit me in to pick it up.

They are just all around great people.
