Erie County Medical Center

The Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) is a comprehensive medical center in Buffalo, New York. The ECMC Center for dental care is a part of its outpatient services and is located at the main hospital campus at 462 Grider Street. It is recognized as the only accredited large hospital-based dental residency program in Western New York. This clinic offers a wide range of dental services for adults and their families, accepting various forms of dental insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, FAP, DFAP, and self-pay. Dr. Nicole Piscatelli, DDS, is a staff clinician in the Department of Dentistry at ECMC, specifically within the Division of Dental Oncology and maxillofacial prosthetics. The Center for Dental Care provides services such as dental exams, X-rays, cleanings, oral cancer screenings, extractions, root canals, fillings, crowns, bridge work, partials and dentures, and dental implants. The clinic also has a specialized special needs dentistry program to care for individuals who have difficulty with traditional dental care, and a dedicated oral oncology & Maxillofacial Prosthetics department for patients with oral cancers or defects from trauma.
