We just got back from my daughter’s visit. This was our first time in your office. My daughter is 7, and is severely autistic. You exceeded my expectations exponentially. If I could give you 1,000 stars, I would.

AWFUL. Stay away from this office. I only came to this office because they took Medicaid insurance. But I would rather pay out pocket anywhere else! About a month ago I brought in my 4 year old daughter for a cavity. They insisted on tooth extraction. Ok, I agreed. Then they found another cavity that I needed to come back another day for. OK, brought my daughter back to fix that.

They did not use any pain meds (just the laughing gas) but it took less than 5 minutes. Only a few weeks later the same tooth they "fixed" started hurting. (We happened to have an appointment at our usual dentist for a 6-month cleaning and they took xrays where they said the cavity is huge and should be fixed) So I called Esha dental and told them I need an appointment to fix the same tooth again. They said ok, made the appointment. And here we are today, we come in and waited for about half an hour past the appointment time, they take us in where I show the xrays taken less than a week before. Get this! The dentist then says "Yeah! I left the cavity there on purpose" ummmm what? Why? And on top of that she says she can't fix it today and we need to come back tomorrow. Well ma'am I made the appointment to fix what you didn't fix correctly in the first place and my daughter is in pain. I asked why she couldn't fix it as I made it clear over the phone it is the same tooth.

She began giving me attitude saying she has a whole office of patients. Well, we are your patients as well! I saw her for 3 minutes. That was the appointment. 3 whole minutes. I can't believe they left my daughter in pain, the pain they have caused in the first place. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE.

I forgot the dentist's name. Yesterday we treated my daughter's teeth under general anesthesia. I am very upset, so sorry that I agreed to treat my front teeth too. In general, I only wanted to treat chewing teeth where I was worried. The doctor insisted, and I trusted her.

But she made her daughter's teeth terribly ( front), half of the lower teeth were broken, they didn't even deign to file, the upper two teeth were generally crookedly made. I didn't notice anything yesterday because my daughter was crying after anesthesia and her mouth was covered in blood. There are just no words! As it was, the nurse and anesthesiologist were very friendly.
