Dr. Frank Snell is an excellent dentist. One staff member leaves something to be desired. Receptionist was terrible. The other employees seem genuine. Hygienist, seemed to be up to par.

Dr. Snell is so awesome! I love that he is patient, kind and understanding. He made sure to give me the care that I needed. He is knowledgeable and his dental assistant, Hidiko, (I hope that I spelled her name correctly), also helped me to find proper and rapid care for my son; through networking.
I will forever be grateful 🙏 🥲. It's also wonderful to have someone who grew up in my area to be my dentist.

Dr Frank Snell. Saw him two years ago while pregnant. He Made really rude comments about my weight compared to the other pregnant women he's seen and I thought that was rude should have been my first red flag. Any comment about a pregnant woman's weight is as rude and unprofessional as ever , even tho he said that I'm smaller!! It was uncalled for& made me uncomfortable. I went in for routine cleaning He tried to pressure me into a root canal. All my wisdom teeth grew in with no problem, so I said no.
He drilled my back wisdom tooth down an left a hole in it so that over time it would create a cavity . Took three years but i finally got one. I'm honestly thinking about getting a lawyer. This was done to force me into a surgery I didn't want by a person who's clearly a misogynist. Nobody wants a root canal when they're pregnant. But insurance covers it and he wanted to cash out on me while it wouldn't cost me anything and he couldn't grasp the concept that I simply don't want unnecessary surgery so he went out of his way to MAKE it an issue .
Don't ever go here . Especially if you're pregnant ! the front desk girls are unprofessional as well. If you have MEDICAID PLEASE find another state dentist.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT Dr. SNELL FOR YEAR. FINALLY I DECIDED TO DO CROWNS ON MY TWO FRONT TEETH. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND DR SNELL PROMISED WE WOULD NOT STOP UNTIL THE LAB GETS IT RIGHT. ON THE THIRD TRY THE LAB FINALLY GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND DR. SNELL STOOD BY HIS WORD. GOOD MAN GOOD DENTIST. HE WILL FOREVER BE MY DENTIST
