The communication is poor. I understand the snow kept places closed but to have a recording pick up on the day you're supposed to be open but not allow patients to speak to a live person is very unprofessional. I called on January 7th and left a message saying I needed to reschedule the January 8th appointment. I have been calling since 9a on January 8th to try to reschedule. Your recording says you're open today, January 8th but you have your phone setup so that NO ONE can speak to a live person, you have to leave a voicemail.
I have left 2 more today. Then you'll be quick to try to charge a no-show fee. Very unprofessional.

My experience - Negligence, Unprofessionalism After 3 months I am ready to share my experience with this office. Unfortunately, my insurance recommended me to this orthodontist for my treatment. My experience was filled with negligence, unprofessionalism, and outright disrespect. I started my treatment here at 17 and am now 19 with almost no meaningful progress. I will now have to be in braces for an additional 2 years due to the huge stall in my treatment. Here’s why: 1. Lack of Follow-Up: I didn’t receive a single adjustment for my MARA appliance in 11 months, one my mother paid over 1,000 USD for. No follow-ups, no checks, nothing. This is unacceptable for any orthodontic treatment plan. 2. Unresponsiveness: I attempted to schedule follow-up appointments for over 7 months (I can back up with mobile phone records) and was completely ignored.
When I brought this up, I was told that I never made those calls despite having proof. 3. Stalling Records: When I decided to transfer to a new orthodontist due to the lack of progress, they delayed releasing my dental records, causing even more setbacks in my treatment. I was told by the orthodontist my records would be sent over shortly and all that was asked of me was to send over to them: the name of the office and the fax number, this wasn’t true. I had to drive over to the office 2 additional times and had to phone the office 2 more times as well as personally email them for my records to be sent to the new orthodontist. 4. Financial Exploitation: I was made to pay for a MARA appliance that was never adjusted or used effectively. To make matters worse, the orthodontist attempted to remove both the MARA appliance and my braces, including the appliance I had already paid good money for the last time I had seen him after we terminated treatment due to a lack of care or responsibility on their part, without resolving the underlying issues. 5. Unprofessional and Rude Behavior: Despite my efforts to remain respectful and professional, I was brushed off, accused of not making calls I actually made, and called a “liability” by the orthodontist. For a professional to speak this way to a patient is completely unacceptable.
I was confused and also frustrated because this was the first orthodontic treatment I’d received prior to this. 6. Emotional Distress: This entire ordeal has been both physically and emotionally draining. The pain and discomfort from an unadjusted appliance combined with zero progress made this experience unbearable. I am waiting to get it taken out and it has create deep seated holes within my inner cheeks as well as chipped my tooth. If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid this office at all costs. And to Dr. Patrick, I trusted you and would still like to believe that you truly were oblivious to my efforts to schedule consistent appointments throughout our ‘treatment plan’. I feel as though you have taken advantage of my naivety and excitement to finally get proper orthodontic support. Thank you and good riddance, A unsatisfied patient.

The management is very poor and unprofessional. I was looking forward to be an amazing asset to the practice. Jasmine, the manager struggled to learn the correct dynamics of updating a patients insurance and I tried to assist with the situation to keep the schedule flowing my help was not appreciated so I continued to focus on my assignment. That very same patient verbally attacks me at the end of the visit about not being acknowledged throughout her entire visit, I was baffled and confused while the manager just stood there with no words to say.
I have waited three weeks to drive forty minutes to pick up my check to be told “you’re just mad because you don’t have a job” it has been a month now and I still have not received my check. Small claims court should be the answer, but God.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Brandon . From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. He was gentle, thorough, and clearly very skilled at what he does.
His attention to detail and calm demeanor made the entire appointment smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he genuinely cares about patient comfort and quality care. Highly recommend 😊
