I can't believe I waited so long to write this review! After searching for a new dentist and reading countless reviews, I finally decided to check out Essentials Dental in Lombard, and I’m so glad I did! This has turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits, but from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Debbie, the sweetest office manager, greeted me with a warm smile and instantly eased my nerves. To top it off, I even received a fun goodie bag for being a new patient! It made my day! During my first visit, the team took the time to get to know me and assess what work needed to be done. The dental assistant and Dr.

Bartley were super attentive and walked me through all the options available for my treatment. I was really impressed with how clean the office was and how kind everyone was! Dr. Bartley made sure to provide me with all the information I needed, which made me feel confident about moving forward. Because of that great experience, I decided to schedule my cleaning and make the first appointment for the extensive dental work I needed. So far, I've had five appointments, and I can honestly say that each one has been fantastic! The care I've received has been excellent, and I really appreciate the follow-up calls from Dr.

Bartley to check in on how I'm doing. I could keep gushing about my experiences, but I don’t want to lose anyone's attention! 😂 I want to give a big thank you to Debbie, Ariana, Cora, and Dr. Allison Bartley for their expertise, kindness, and compassion. So glad that I found Essential Dentist! First time ever that I actually enjoy going to my dental appointments! All of the women are warm, friendly and very competent. The office decor is cheerful and inviting. Clients are made to feel listened to and well cared for. The equipment and methods used are the latest in technology.

And the work that gets done is excellent! If this sounds like a glowing report. . . well, it is! (and if you decide to check Essential Dentist our for yourself - tell them that Janet sent you :-)) !!

I found this great dentist by word of mouth from my neighbor! Debbie at the front desk was sweet and kind, and showed me around the office, which made me feel very welcomed! Dr. Bartley was friendly and knowledgeable, she made me feel comfortable to ask questions about my treatment.

She even called to check in on me a couple times after my appointment to see if my wisdom-tooth related infection was healing! Essentials dental was like a breath of fresh air after my last dentist, I would definitely recommend coming here!

From reception to post cleaning, the entire staff was very nice. They even gave a welcome bag and tour of the office. LeeAnna was the individual doing all the work for me and was super friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking.
