I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Greco’s office regarding appointment scheduling. I had an appointment that had been scheduled for months, but then received a call asking to reschedule — which I understood and accommodated. However, shortly after, I received a second call canceling and rescheduling that same appointment again. After I voiced my concerns and emailed the office about possibly switching dentists, they reinstated my original appointment.

That said, the dental care I have received over the past few years has been excellent, both in terms of clinical quality and in-office patient satisfaction. For that reason, I am still giving a high rating — deducting one star only due to the scheduling issues. Otherwise, the care itself has consistently been worthy of five stars.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Greco and the entire team! I brought in both of my daughters—my 4-year-old and my 13-year-old—and I was so impressed by how welcoming, patient, and gentle everyone was from the moment we walked in. My youngest was a little nervous, but the staff made her feel right at home with kind words and a playful, friendly approach. They explained everything in a way she could understand, and she actually left the office smiling and excited to come back! For my teenager, they were equally thoughtful—respecting her growing independence while still making sure I was informed and involved.

The hygienist was great at explaining every step and giving her tips she could use on her own. The office was spotless, modern, and super kid-friendly. I really appreciated how the team treated us with care and professionalism. We’re so glad we found this practice—highly recommended for families! I called with an issue that wasn’t an emergency but nevertheless was very uncomfortable for me. The practice was extremely responsive and found a dentist who would see me quickly.
