If at this point can give a zero I would. Been having such a problem with a bill since last yr and it seems no one will help you out. I'm told we have to fight it cause they don't get involved. In all the yrs of being in medical never heard of this. The receptionist is very rude.

When asking her a question or explainimg where it needs to be sent correctly, she gets an attitude. I make many calls to the office with no one to answer. I've also spent many hours on the phone getting the right information to go to the office to present it to them only to be told "I'm not getting involved, the dr. will be out to talk to you", only to have us wait like idiots.

Terrible terrible terrible dentist, pls do not go here. The dentist here was very dismissive to my problems, my pain.

They never sent my medicine to my pharmacy on time although I was in such pain, & expressed to them how much pain I was in, then when I kept calling back to check if my medication was sent because I wasn’t going to keep calling the pharmacy, Maddie made it seem like I was being a bother. He didn’t take X-rays of my entire mouth, just the side I was in pain on, in which I had to go to another dentist for a full X-ray ! These people are insurance hungry, just run past here

I went in today for the first time with Dr Estwick to have a tooth pulled. Turns out it has to be surgically removed. Dr Estwick was very friendly and I think I’ve now found my primary dentist who’s very knowledgeable, personable and his staff is all friendly.

Especially the X-ray/assistant who was amazing… in ALL aspects! It was an absolute pleasure to be seen there and I recommend anyone in this NY area who needs a dentist to book with this office.
