Had some work done, hygienists and doctors were okay, they were quite rough with me, i expressed discomfort many times but nothing change. front desk is not very good at communicating. They called me maybe 11 times in the span of a few months to "remind me" that I am in need of service. I told them not to call me again the first time and it still happened repeatedly afterwards.

They wouldnt send me any x rays they took despite them telling me they would. Kids run rampant at the office. Ill never come back.

I'd like to say so many thanks to doctor Farah Jabeen, the excellent specialist in her field!!! We recently moved to Canada, and my son had a terrible toothache. I was very worried about choosing the wrong clinic, but thanks to Dr. Farah, everything went wonderfully.

I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone! They don’t even deserve the one star. They tried to charge my insurance for services I did not receive and for days I did not visit. The receptionist was rude and lied about everything when confronted. They don’t do x-rays but want to bill for them and the off chance they do an x-ray it’s never your whole mouth.

They know nothing about preventative care and only want to see you if there’s pain. Once they find out you have insurance they call nonstop and even send appointment confirmation text without you booking an appointment. Before the pandemic this place was worth a visit but has gone drastically downhill.
