I normally wouldn't post a negative review, but I feel like I need to after letting it sit for the last year or so. The staff is extremely unprofessional. The nurse and doctor were talking negatively about another staff member while they were working on me. It was beyond upsetting to hear them discussing someone they clearly didn't like within the office. Do that on your own time, not in front of patients. Additionally, I had a cavity they filled that kept coming out, and I mean it came out within weeks and even with me avoiding chewing on that side.

The doctor had a hard time even getting it to "stick" while working on me in the office, which was a red flag to me. So, they kept telling me I needed a crown, which is why it wasn't working. I explained that while I understand that, there is no reason it should be coming off that quick, especially as a non back molar. I have had several other cavities filled by other dentists that eventually needed crowns, but have NEVER had them come off 3 times within a month of getting them (or ever actually). I also needed 3 rounds of numbing, which was INSANE to me. I have had root canals and other cavities, and never had to be numbed that many times.

In all transparency, I did not pay for my services after this, because I felt the service was not what it should be, so it went to collections and that is that. In any case, I would not recommend this office to anyone. I loved the dogs, but that was about it.

This place was amazing! The dentist was so knowledgeable and helped me understand what exactly was going on in my mouth. She recommended a small filling, and her dental assistant showed me exactly where it was. This office did amazing despite all these hateful reviews. The nerve of some people these days. Y’all need to get a grip. They were awesome!!

By far one of the best dental experiences I have had. The facility is so nice. Dr. Evan’s is so sweet and personable and Michelle my assistant was very gentle with X-rays and did a great job, and my hygienist Misti was quick and thorough and also so nice, along with all of the front staff. Definitely would recommend!!! The puppies were a MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR PLUS!!!

First I just want to start by saying that Dr. Evan’s and her crew have changed my life more than I could ever express. I’ve had bad experiences with other dentist and I had a fear of going to another one, but they I made the leap and went to Dr. Evans and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. Thank you for your kindness and also understanding.

Secondly, Dr. Evan’s and Paula you will always hold a special place in my heart, I could never thank you all for everything you have done for me, changing my confidence when it comes to smiling, the way I talk, the whole nine yards.
