Cass Hunt

The front desk staff were absolutely great. One of the ladies was very knowledgeable about navigating my insurance. The techs were very nice. The doctor was thorough and my exam and cleaning were comfortable, with no pain whatsoever.

The only reason for putting 4 stars instead of 5 is, the wait took quite a while. It was almost an hour from my appointment time until I received services. I will be back.

The workers there are very willing to converse with you about what is needed for scheduling. When my daughter needed to have a tooth repaired, they were extremely quick at getting her in in an emergency. As one of the few places that accepts everyone in our area they still do a great job in treating their clients well.

I had trouble with my last dentist. I had to go in many times for many months for a broken temporary bridge and getting help with some tooth extractions with no real progress. It's difficult finding good dental care under Molina/Medicaid but I was recommended here after so much trouble and was able to get in very quickly along with my mom. I have realllly bad dental anxiety now because of the last place but they did great.

Everybody was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Every time I've been so far there's been little to no wait. The cleaning was gentle. The dentist actually talked to me about what needed done and knew what he was doing.

I even got a consultation with the oral surgeon here within a month after looking for at least a year! I will finally be able to get my teeth extracted thanks to them. They've even requested crowns to replace my broken bridge an extra time when they got denied. Thanks to them those will probably be fixed soon too. I'm super glad I came to this place, thank you utica 😸! ! !
