I’ve been coming to Everything Dental since 2020, and even though the practice changed hands in the last couple years, it’s only gotten better with Dr. Fischer at the helm. He’s not just a great dentist—he’s also a genuinely supportive person (which isn’t something you expect to say about your dentist, but here we are). I’ve had the same hygienist, Nikki, for years now, and catching up with her feels like visiting an old friend—who just happens to clean your teeth really well.

I love walking into a place where they know me by name—and I know them too. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s skilled, kind, and cares about more than just your teeth, this is your spot.

I’ve been a patient here for four years, and I gladly make the drive from Johns Island because the care is truly unmatched. Dr. Fischer has an incredibly calming presence and exceptional skill—he even repaired a chipped tooth for me the same day I came in. Nikki, my hygienist, is an absolute gem.

I have permanent retainers, and she’s always so gentle and meticulous during cleanings. This entire team genuinely cares about their patients, and it shows in every visit. Plus, the new office has the most beautiful, serene coastal design—it makes going to the dentist feel like a treat. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had my 1st appointment with DR. Fischer and I honestly can’t say enough good about him and his staff. Everyone was absolutely amazing and so kind and welcoming. I have bad dentist anxiety and this was the 1st time Iv ever felt calm and not anxious throughout the entire appointment. Thank yall for actually caring about your patients and treating them with actual compassion.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Fischer and his team! Staff were welcoming upon arrival and the office is very clean and calming. Hygienist Nikki gave me the best cleaning I have ever had, while offering education and great conversation. Dr.

Fischer was personable and thorough, showing me exactly what he saw on my x-rays and explaining at what point they intervene and why. I feel confident they will take great care of my teeth and any issues that arise and will not push unnecessary work.
