I had an appointment onna 19th of December, I got 5 teeth pulled and as the procedure was about to start I had questions he didn’t wanna answer I told him I was nervous and if I could have a sec I wasn’t allowed to. The dentist was extremely rough yelling at me when I was making sound, it didn’t hurt until hit used the drill the drill was touch my gums making it harder to deal with, he was calling me names bc I couldn’t handle the drill touch my gums.

Which wasn’t something I have done before, one of my teeth just wouldn’t come out and it took so long for it to come out he just get tugging and pulling n getting frustrated with me bc I was tryna let him know it hurts he told me it doesn’t which he wouldn’t be able to know bc it’s my mouth. I went home n I had two cuts on my lips which I didn’t feel until the numbness went away, I find it unprofessional for the dentist not to lmk he cut my lip twice not only that but for him to be so rough and impatient with someone who nvr experienced getting teeth pulled before.

Called on Monday for appointment on Tuesday. First when I get there to complete paperwork. Next go to back for xray, it’s dusty back there the carpet was filthy. After the xray the dr comes to explain the X-ray . He states all the teeth have to be removed.

So I asked for an oral surgeon he stated he can remove all the teeth. They always say get a second opinion. This dentist is all about the money. Don’t go to this dentist.

Staff was very friendly and compassionate during my extractions . I was very anxious for my extractions, but They walked me through and helped me, to make sure I understood what was happening and gave me words of encouragement throughout the procedure
