Dr. Jinna was very accommodating as I had extreme pain from tooth. He got me in same day and and treated me. He not only took care of the issue and pain, he eased my anxiety in thoroughly explaining everything to me.

Great for anyone that may have fear of dentist- he will put you at ease and make it as painless as possible. He made sure that I understood every step and explained every aspect. Super friendly!!

Very thankful for the weekend hours. My hubby was in pain (Sunday morning) and I came across Excel dentist online. Dr Jinna was wonderful. Pulled two teeth that same day got rid of the infection and sent us on our way. It was a very good experience and I would recommend him to anyone that needs dental work!

Awesome job! Dr. Jinna sure does knows his Dental work. He makes you feel comfortable while getting your procedure done along with he shows concern with your Dental work, even afterward, he will follow up with you. His accuracy and timing is fabulous, I had my crown and filling done in no time and the work done was precise.... I do highly recommend him ,, thumbs Up!!

My mother had to get dentures and went to this office because a friend of hers was going here, so they carpooled. The dentist didn't do a good impression from the beginning PLUS the impression got "lost" and had to be redone. They didn't even call my mother to inform her, they relayed everything through my mom's friend as if she was her caregiver EVEN AFTER asking to be informed directly and not to be telling her business to her friend. So she finally got the dentures and they didn't fit good, despite trying to tell the dentist (multiple times) it did not fit good, the dentist insisted it was fine and she just needed to get used to them. Dentist tells her if they don't feel good after a couple weeks to come back and he'll fix them for her.

Fast forward, a couple weeks (a day, a month, whatever!) and now if she wants or needs anything done she has to PAY OUT OF HER OWN POCKET because they no longer accept her insurance. . . What?! I told her this was a bad office from the beginning (just based off of how they operated and the experience my mother had), low and behold they proved it. If a dentist says he'll fix something, he needs to honor his word and not be having people pay to come to him so he can fix HIS/HER mistakes.

If you are going to charge the patient to fix YOUR mistake, then you obviously don't care about the patient nor even the work that you poorly do. Definitely would not recommend.
