After years of dentophobia from traumatizing and painful childhood experiences, this office has definitely subsided some of my anxiety. I’m 24 and haven’t gone to the dentist since I was in high school because of the fear. Today is the first dentist appointment I’ve ever made for myself and I’m very happy to say that I’ll be going back for a cleaning and cavity work. All office employees were so kind and patient, even when I’d expressed concerns and asked dumb questions.

The dentist was sure to make me comfortable and explained the plan very simply. The front desk worker also explained the pricing very well to me which also helped a lot since finances are a concern. My dental insurance is good (I think), but even when meeting my maximum, I think the pricing is very reasonable. I’ve had family members have to pay more than double the out-of-pocket fees for cavity work at other offices.

The office itself is also very tidy, modern, and welcoming. Granted, this is my first initial experience and I will revisit this review and add as I get work done, but I’m very optimistic that my rating will remain 5 stars!!

My wife took our 3 year old for his first dentist appointment. They waited roughly 25-30 minutes which I’ll give them some grace on that because it was the last appointment of the day. But the hygienist took about 30 seconds to clean my son’s teeth with no flossing.

Then put the chair up and said basically said they were good to go. My wife asked if they were going to see the dentist to which the hygienist replied “oh well I didn’t want to make you wait any longer, but okay” we would have been charged for the whole “dentist” visit without seeing the actual dentist at all! Will be looking elsewhere for our next appointment.
