I love this office. Before I came to Excel I went to several dentist over a four year period (I moved away from the area where I used the same desist for years). At every office I was shocked with the seemingly modern dental movement of trying to "upsell" patients with way more work than seemed necessary. For example, one local dentist insisted on filling NINE cavities in my 5 year olds baby teeth and proceeded to do it with the more expensive/premium white filler without informing me of my other options that would have been covered by my insurance.

So many things wrong with that situation. Anyway, I was sickened by the "sales person" approach these offices ran on instead of finding dental PROFESSIONALS who demonstrated actually concern for my families health. At Excel I really trust Dr. Oh.

She is friendly and I feel she gives me honest info and doesn't look for ways to upsell my health. Her office staff is very friendly (another obstacle I ran into in other offices) and I have had an easy time getting in for appointments. I highly recommend this office!
