I had a really great experience at Excite Dental. The clinic is brand new, so techy and fancy. I really love it! I even have a welcome greeting on the TV screen. Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating especially Ruth and Lesly. As well as Dr. Moon who was so professional and really goes into details on what’s going on with my teeth. I’m Excited about being a new patient of Excited Dental! They have a welcoming staff, a clean waiting room where they offer filtered water via a wall inset, cold water bottles, coffee or special teas. The staff ensures that you get a tour of the facility, there’s mood lighting, a TV in front of you that had a welcome sign and my name (that displayed my 3-D teeth scans), a TV above my dental chair and they listened to my concerns and responded accordingly.

I've been waiting for Excite Dental to open since I saw the signage was installed, early 2025. My dentist retired and I never found one for years to replace him. I finally found a brand new modern clinic, clean, state of the art facility and more importantly the professional and friendly staff. The moment I walked in to inquire/schedule for a visit I was greeted by Ruth. She had friendly and comforting approach, I felt welcomed while speaking to her. She gave me a quick tour of the new facility. We scheduled an appointment the next day for me to start minor overdue work.

She also presented me with a treatment plan that I will work on at my own pace, given my insurance benefits. I did not feel pressured, but they suggested a plan that will help me chew and eat well. I did not expect some cavities that Dr. Moon discovered from years of neglect. I have insurance and told them that I wanted to work only within the confines of my policy. I prioritized the immediate concerns, and will schedule the suggested work later. Dr.

Moon agreed with me without hesitation. He worked on my cleaning and extraction with accuracy and precision, I was so relieved. He explained step by step before he did the procedure. This really made me relaxed and stress-free during the visit. If you are looking for a dentist and have anxiety issues, this is the clinic for you.

I drove from Delaware to Laurel Md just to visit Dr. Moon after someone sent me a TikTok video. The office lived up to the hype. Immaculate office, professional, and friendly staff. Monique, Leslie, and Ruth did a great job of showing me around and making me feel welcomed.

Dr. Moon is awesome!! He explained everything in detail and didn't make me feel rushed. I will be back here for all my dental needs. Highly recommend.
