I highly recommend them! I went to Dr. Abraham’s office when I chipped my tooth. They took me in as an emergency patient. They made me an appointment within 2 days. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. The wait time was excellent .

Dr. Abraham is very knowledgeable and caring. He took his time explaining everything to me. He fixed my tooth and I was in and out within an hour. I’m recommending him to everyone I know!

The office manager Lina does not know how to talk to patients she came in the room to figure out insurance and while I was trying to tell her what’s happening she had attitude with me, she said well if you’re insurance doesn’t go through you’d have to pay $1500 out of pocket today to which I AGREED! She came back a second time after figuring it out my insurance with a two payment one now for 380 and another the next time I come to finish my root canal. So thinking out loud I said I’d have to come on Friday (for the second round) with attitude she says we’re not here on Friday I said well then Monday and she proceeded with “well if you didn’t want to do it today why didn’t you say so? So we wouldn’t do all the prep work for the root canal” I was so shocked with what she was saying I got up and took my business elsewhere were, the girls upfront were really nice and helpful the dental assistant was also very kind even the doctor was respectful and nice. But your manager is the direct reflection of your business.

I never put any reviews good or bad however this time is different she had attitude with me for no reason from the get go. And if she has attitude with a patient then she has attitude with all and even her subordinates. I hope Dr Abraham sees this and addresses it.

Very unprofessional very disappointed with how today turned out im still in pain got no treatment wasted my time going in that office when I could have had it somewhere else and with no attitude. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be there!

I and my entire family have been going to Dr. Abraham for almost 15 years. He is a GREAT dentist. Karen and the ladies in the front are amazing as well. LINA, the 'Office Manager' on the other hand leaves A LOT to be desired. She has NO people skills when it comes to talking to people and is one of the rudest people I have encountered in a long time! I had an issue at the beginning of February 2025 where the office hit me with $800 worth of "back charges" some of which go all the way back to the end of 2023. I pay my balances IN FULL and always have. Imagine my surprise in Feb of 2025 when I am shown all these charges. I get told multiple stories, starting with #1) it was my insurances fault. .

. to which insurance said it was the dentist office not charting correctly. When I called and discussed this, I was then told #2) it was a reconciliation issue as they chart everything correctly. So back to the insurance company I went. Insurance insisted they have followed all procedures where billing to the dentist was involved. This brings me to #3) I spoke with Karen Monday and we discussed this and then I was told it was the fault of the dentist's 3rd party billing company. Allegedly the billing company wasn't sending out bills properly - FOR OVER A YEAR!? I expressed that it didn't feel right or fair to drop that on someone 13 MONTHS later and that I shouldn't be penalized for someone elses mistakes. Today when I picked up my kids from getting their teeth cleaned (Thank you Karen for getting them in) I was told I needed to speak with LINA. . .

Immediately she was rude and agressive. She insisted that I carried a balance all year in 2024 even though the receipts given at time of payment reflected a $0 balance all year that year. When I told her what she was telling me was a lie, she abruptly got mad and told me that I wasn't going to disrespect her by calling her a liar. A spade is a spade. She wanted to insist that I carried a balance, which is funny that if I had, why had she NEVER mentioned it in all of 2024?! I told her I was done talking to her and I would be scheduling time to speak with Dr. Abraham and walked out. She comes barging out of her little office and proceds to interrupt my conversation at the front with Karen telling her I will NOT be speaking with Dr. Abraham and to not schedule any more appointments for me or my family! I AM APPALLED!!! LINA IS A LIAR AND A HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER AND WILL END UP COSTING DR ABRAHAM GOOD PATIENTS! LINA IS A LIABILITY TO THIS BUSINESS!
