As always, my visit to Exquisite Dental has always been very pleasant. I also like the fact that Dr. Reid does not over book her patients. Moreover, the staff members are professional and courteous.

I have been enjoying my experience at Exquisite Dental for the past 3 or 4 years now. I was someone who had dental issues growing up as a kid, but my parents barely ever took me to the dentist while knowing I needed work done. Now that I’m dealing with these dental issues as an adult with a full time job, dental insurance and the will to make up for the lack of childhood dental care, Exquisite Dental came in the clutch. I thought some of my teeth were a lost cause but they created a plan that has been working well for me so far and I am on the right track to repair and maintain my teeth and gums. I was super embarrassed about the state of my mouth when showing up to my appointments.

Exquisite Dental made me feel very comfortable on multiple occasions and they were willing to help. I would highly recommend this business. They were even able to fit me in their schedule when I had a dental emergency for one of my teeth (swelling gums/jaw, pain, tooth decay, etc. ). They made it work for my situation.

I’m really thankful! *On another note… If you’re reading this and have kids, please take them to the dentist and deal with their dental problems when they are young as much as possible. Dealing with dental problems as an adult is so costly, inconvenient, and can cause further complications.

I’ve been a long-time patient at this office, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. The office failed to inform me that they were no longer in-network with my dental insurance. I only found out after receiving the explanation of benefits from my insurance with a significantly higher bill than expected. As a patient, I should have been clearly informed of any network changes before services were rendered, especially for routine cleanings that could have easily been postponed or handled elsewhere.

To make matters worse, I was billed for an X-ray procedure that was never performed during my visit. Charging for services that were not provided is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the integrity of the office’s billing practices. When I called the office to get explanations the person on the other end was not only rude but had the I do not care attitude pretty much telling me that I could take my business elsewhere. I trusted this office for years, and even though I got a call back from Dr Reed shortly after I spoke to her staff & profusely apologized for the mishap the lack of transparency and questionable billing tactics have completely eroded my trust.

I will not be returning and would caution others to carefully review their bills and insurance status before receiving treatment here.

My husband, mom, and I have been with Exquisite dental for a little over a year, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for dental care! Dr. Reid has been great for routine care, and Dr. Kim has been super helpful with my mom’s tooth extraction + implant procedures!
