Whatever you do, don’t got to Exquisite Smiles. I went to them once for pain near my back molars and they tried to make me get different things done that didn’t need to be done. I told them I wanted a second opinion before committing to get anything done, and they told me that I was wasting their time. It took them almost 3 weeks to send scans to another office. I had to called almost daily to get anything from them.

While they told me I needed over $4,000 worth of different things, the real problem was my wisdom teeth — which they said nothing was wrong with. I’m sure other people have had good experiences with them, but my experience lasted almost a month in total. They were rude the entire time I was in contact with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Exquisite Smiles for several years and even though I hate going to the dentist Dr. Samuels make it tolerable. I have referred her to others who also had a great experience. I have had to have old fillings replaced and my wisdom teeth removed. They do not pull wisdom teeth but refer you to a great oral surgeon at R &R Dental Specialists

I have been going to Exquisite Smiles for several years. They always provide me with good service and the dental office is very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's an enjoyable experience. I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office due to their unethical billing practices. I informed them that I had recent X-rays done at my previous dental office and offered to provide them, but they refused to accept them and insisted on taking new ones—at my own expense. They tried to charge me for services I clearly didn’t need, which felt like blatant price gouging. When I questioned the unnecessary charges and asked for clarification, instead of working with me professionally, they abruptly cancelled my appointment.

This is not only unprofessional, but also speaks volumes about how they handle patients who don’t just blindly accept their billing practices. I strongly advise others to be cautious and review all charges carefully before agreeing to anything here.
