The front desk staff and assistant were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Khan was jarring. She didn’t introduce herself, barely spoke, and didn’t explain what she was doing. I came in for wisdom tooth pain, but she immediately said I needed a filling…something a second opinion confirmed I didn’t.

Her demeanor felt robotic, flat, and disconnected. I left more confused and in more pain than when I arrived. I initially thought maybe she was just having a bad day (as we all do sometimes) but after reading other reviews describing similar experiences, I realized I wasn’t alone. I genuinely don’t know if she may be neurodivergent, possibly on the autism spectrum, but even if that’s the case, it doesn’t excuse bypassing basic standards of patient care. Healthcare providers are expected to introduce themselves, explain procedures, and ask for consent before touching patients.

None of that happened. While other providers at this practice seem to have great reputations, I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Khan, the wonderful front desk staff also lightened the mood. Will not be returning.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dentist was fast and very efficient..I am very happy with my experience. I was in and out within 20 minutes x-rays and cleaning .

It's tough to like a dentist, but Dr. Waldman and staff make it easy. From the friendly professional front desk to the nice dental assistants taking trays, and Dr. Waldman's gentle touch, my mind and mouth are at ease. I tell everyone I know to come here.

I have been a client of Dr Waldmen for many years and I have been disappointed by this experience that I had today. I arrived at my appointment for my routine dental cleaning. I had gotten confused. It was a 330 appointment but I got there at 1:30. I went for pizza and went shopping and returned at 319 pm. I had tried to reschedule when I realized my mistake, but the receptionist insisted that I keep my appointment at 3:30. “ We already set aside time in our schedule for you.

You have to come back at 3:30”. And so I checked in later at and I was seated in the waiting room for 40 minutes past my appointment time when I then approached the Front Desk. The receptionist was very cold and when I told her that I had waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and it was now 410 pm with no update, and I could wait no longer she did not even acknowledge me or speak back to me. She just stared at me as I left. Very strange unprofessional interaction and a complete waste of my afternoon.
