This place is very unorganized and the front desk receptionist is an imbecile. I called to schedule my daughter's appointment I gave her my daughter's name which includes a hyphen. She then asks me how do I spell hyphen. I had to explain to her that a hyphen is a dash between two last names. She then scheduled the appointment but then reached out to me two days before the appointment to say that the dentist would not be in.

After the appointment she says someone will be calling me by the end of the week to explain the next steps for my daughter's braces. After two weeks with no call, I call, they say they're waiting on the insurance to approve it and someone from their office will be calling me the next day. Another two weeks go by no call back. I then call the insurance company and they say nothing was ever submitted! This place really needs to get it together!!!

This is the worst dental place I have ever dealt with. We are at the end of June and my daughter has not been seen since January due to the dr consistently canceling appointments due to him not being available not his staff but him himself. We were on our way today to my daughter's appointment for 9 30 which was an hour drive I was 30 min into my drive and got a call that the Dr just texted the office thst he couldn't make it in. The most unprofessional unethical practice I've ever dealt with.

It's been almost 6 mo since my daughter's braces were adjusted or her bands changed. I called another ortho office to see if we could finish her treatment there and apparently they have been getting calls from other patients for this same dentist to switch over. What a horrible experience to say the least but I'm sure they will want their full payment for their lack of service

I had orthodontic treatment here and they removed my braces and told me I was a surgery case. Called multiple times for a referral to see a surgeon and I never received one. I complained about my cross-bite & expressed my concerns about my bite and they never did anything about it. Now I'm paying for braces out of pocket for treatment for surgery. If I could give them a 0 I would!

Office just closed without giving any notice and setting up information for me. Been trying to get a Ao8form for 6 months and each time I call i get told the same thing 😡 they will fax it today. Person responsible for the handling of forms is out of the office 6 months 😡 my daughter has been dealing with wires cutting inside of her mouth.
