I was amazed at how efficient and how caring everyone at Facial Designs was. I needed an emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth. I was scheduled the very next day. The extraction was complicated. Dr. VanSurksum was amazing. He explained step by step what needed to be done and he performed flawlessly. Everyone was very kind and very caring. I could not be happier with the service I received.

My 16 year old special needs son's wisdom teeth were making their appearance and were in need of removal. Referred to Facial Designs, PA. and could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was truly remarkable! They explained everything they were doing and made sure he was comfortable considering how nervous and anxious he was. Really a professional group!

Very impressed with everyone at Facial Designs! I own and run my own clinic, and truly understand the importance of delivering an exceptional patient experience. Mary, who runs the practice, is pleasant, professional, and as sweet as can be. She didn’t hesitate to get me in when I had a dental emergency (broke my tooth) even though I could tell the office was slammed. She apologized profusely when needed to put me on hold a couple time to squeeze me into Dr. Van’s schedule.

She was so compassionate and accommodating. The assistance at the office we extremely competent and just lovely human beings. One can tell they love what they do and are very loyal. Dr Van himself was world-class. He explained the situation to me unlike anyone had ever done.

I finally understood what I should do with my troubled tooth. THANK YOU, DR. VAN, and all the wonderful folks at Facial Designs!!! They got me in and out within 30 minutes and 100% prepared to assure I took the proper steps in my next phase of care. If you’re looking for a place to trust with your cosmetic dentistry needs, this is the place!

I can’t thank Dr. Rod and the whole crew at facial design enough. I needed a couple of implants and bone graft. And so my dentist highly recommended.

It’s not exactly a simple and easy case but Doctor Rod did an exceptional job. Been a couple years since and everything is absolutely perfect. I hope I will never need anything like this again, but it would be no question for me where I’ll go if I have to. Thanks again dr Rod, Trish and the whole crew - I owe you for my excellent smile!
