This dental office is the absolute worse. I went here as a child, I've been a patient here for over 12 years and I broke my tooth at 8 years old and today i'm 20 years old and they still have been stalling on my oral surgery. They did my root canal at the age of 8 years old and gave me temporary fillings, these temporary fillings constantly fell out, and one day they did it and it stopped falling out, however these are suppose to be temporary. I went to them and said okay I want to do my surgery this went on for years. I even tried to seek out specialist for myself and failed miserably. I went to them one last time they did my root canal and left it completely open to infection now that tooth has a full-blown cavity and I have to get a second root canal all over again! ROOT CANAL NUMBER 2!! They did not attend to my teeth, they did not care about my dental health. The dentist here are literally only concerned about the money.

I would come in and ask them to write a referral for me to the specialist and literally they told me to do cleanings and fillings until all my insurance money was used up. I got sick and tired of them milking me out of money. That I finally got up and went to another dental office. I now go to Sterling Dental on Bovaird and they are AMAZING literally the next day they put me in for the oral surgery, with one of the best dental surgeons in Toronto. I can't tell you not to go to Fairhill, I can only tell you my own experience. They also did terrible jobs on fillings. I have a dent in my filling and have to pay more money to fix it.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. GO somewhere where they actually care about your dental health, because your teeth are permanent. Don't be loyal to people who only want your money. I only gave them one star because I have to. With that being said the receptionists were so kind and amazing but thats all !
