The dentists & staff at this location listen carefully. They have always accommodated my children with the best care they can provide. They have tailored all their treatments individually. My children are comfortable for cleanings with them. If your child is uncomfortable they listen. If you’re uncomfortable with something they listen. It’s also a very clean environment.

I initially had a pleasant experience. Until Dr. Kaur told me I could get a crown without a root canal. However after being in excruciating pain while waiting for the permanent crown, I did have to have an emergency root canal. Further exacerbated by her and her nurse who had done a faulty job with preparing and placing the temporary crown. I switched to Dr. Coulter at this point to avoid negligent treatment. He was very kind and attentive, until the bite guard he recommended I purchase took a month to arrive.

It was not correct, so they sent it off again. After a month again of waiting I called to be told it would be multiple weeks longer. I expressed to them the pain I was experiencing daily, but they either gave excuses or didn’t return messages. I was finally given a refund. I do want to give credit to the young ladies in the front office with attempting to help and exhibit some sort of empathy. The hygienist are also very kind.
