Nice enough people but no clue on medical billing or how to manage accounts

Like another reviewer stated the Dental Practice is very good to excellent, but the Front Office (particularly Roma) does not manage well (or the other reviewer stated "does not have a Clue"). Supporting Facts: Why would the Front Office (Roma) call & state that their new Accounting Company is having them call any customer who has a balance & request pmt of the balance by 12-21-20. Otherwise, that customer will be sent to collections. NOTE: my balance was less than $10. 00 (that is, LESS than Ten Dollars. .
. NOT $100 nor $1,000 nor $10,000. It was TEN dollars; one more than $9 and one dollar less than $11. ) which in the Accounting field is known as "IMMATERIAL Balance" since it LESS than $25 or $50. So REALLY??? REALLY, Really this dental practice is going to take me to Collections for a balance LESS than $10 since my dental insurance didn't pay the entire billing amt the dental practice was requesting. Again LESS than $10 owed is "IMMATERIAL Amount/ Balance" in the Accounting World.
If it was not for the above rude call incident of trying to collect a balance LESS THAN $10 and (then "the kicker") Roma HANGING UP on me suddenly since she was ANGERED, I would rate this Dental Practice MUCH higher like 4 or 5 stars for its actual dental services. But when a person HANGS UP on a call without stating "Good Bye since we have a difference in opinion", I view it as an immature act like what an irresponsible teenager would do (hang up a call) who does NOT get their way. Or that that person has some "Anger Management" issues that needs to be resolved since NO ONE ever wants to be Hung Up suddenly during a phone conversation for no recourse or reason. Please resolve the above POOR Customer Service procedures; otherwise, I will tell my co-workers, friends, family members, neighbors, and social gatherings when we are out of this Pandemic of the above ridiculous "Collection Procedures" & treatment of sudden phone call hang up of this Dental Practice Front Office.
