My appointment was at 1:45. It is now 3:08 and I'm still in the waiting room. I asked if they forgot about me, and was told, hold on they will check...I'm still holding on. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DENTIST AGAIN!!!!!

I've come here 3 times all the way from Swansboro. Everyone is extremely friendly, it's clean, and they provide a fast service on a sliding scale. It is definitely worth the drive.

The staff is incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the front desk staff may need a bit more training. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go in or call they say I don’t have an appointment for the scheduled day even though I can show PROOF with the appointment cards they ask if we want. After the first two times of these “mixups” I insist I get one for this very reason. It is such a hassle to deal with them that I am seriously considering going elsewhere just due to the scheduling issues.

Because I handle appointments for myself, my husband, my son with ASD, and BOTH sets of our parents I make double sure what appointments are when so I can be sure coordinate as our parents and son have appointments they HAVE to go to. This has been extremely disappointing because I love the dentist and her hygienist. They are attentive and caring. I just can’t keep doing this with the front desk though. This has been going on for a while now. Very disappointing.
