As a new patient and never having a good experience with Dentist that I always stayed away, I decided to schedule an appointment which was very easy to do with Dr. Falguni Patel's practice. Upon arriving to Dr. Falguni's Practice, I was received in a very caring and friendly manner by the front desk staff. The xray technician who took my xrays was very empathetic and professional towards me by explaining to me each xray that was being taken and how to relax while this procedure was performed. During this first office visit, I met with Dr. Donavan Chin who explained the results of my xray and referred me to seek additional assistance with another specialist who would take care of the current issue that I was complaining about since he was a root canal specialist, thank God I didn't need that service.

I did reschedule to return in 3 days for a cleaning which was due since my last cleaning and I didn't like that experience, so I was praying that this cleaning experience at Dr. Falguni Patels Practice would be a better experience than my last experience last year with a different Dentist. Well upon my return to get a deep cleaning, I was pleasantly surprised by the Dental Hygienist Angela, who was not only a kind and compassionate professional, she also had a great bedside manner and took her time to explain and answer all my questions regarding my teeth and the expert cleaning she was performing on my teeth. Angela made me realize that I no longer needed to dread going to a dental office or having any dental procedures that may be needed by Dr. Falguni Patel's team because they all make you feel welcomed, relaxed and actually be seen as a person and not a statistic or feel invisible. I did not get to meet Dr. Falguni Patel, however her staff was so welcoming and caring and empathetic that hiring staff that actually cares speaks volumes about Dr.

Falguni Patel and should resemble a mirror image of Dr. Falguni Patel. I feel so blessed to have finally found a dental practice that I feel good about receiving treatment and returning in the future for another dental cleaning. I hope I get treated again by Angela upon my six month cleaning requirement when I return and that the staff I encountered in this visit will remain the same upon my future visit.
