I love the location and Doctor at New falls dental,the worst experience is waiting on hold for 25 minutes for an appointment, please change the system or make it easier for people to get ahold of your local office! I've had to wait 25 minutes twice in the last month,once on Mon morning and once on Thursday at 3.

Please help us to make the phone call smoothly,the receptionist was calm and polite to me! I'm only giving them 2 stars because of the phone wait which is insane!

The young lady who took my intake call was Shamalo, she was very nice and sympathetic that I was having an issues with my teeth and one tooth just broke. I was a new patient, she has never spoke me before today. She got me in the same day booking me for an exam and a cleaning !!! The lovely dental aids tried to make my X-rays as painless as they could as Brittany got me ready for the X-ray and her co pilot was waiting for her okay to take the X-ray. Not much longer Dr Amy was there to explain what needed to be done, she explained everything thorough and was kind.

The dental hygienist Michele was super kind as she knew I was nervous since I was behind in getting my teeth clean, she was compassionate and put me at ease. When I checked out Christina was very accommodating in trying to find a day that would work with my schedule. I was very happy with my visit. I would very much recommend their office.

I posted this review because of all the bad reviews. I understand the office doesn’t do crowns or root canals ( I would prefer they did) but I was very scared about my issues I was having with my teeth, these girls put me at ease. I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience.

Waited over an hour after my appointment to get in there. I was seeing Brian. He is a mental health specialist so you think that somebody saying somebody for mental health wouldn't have to deal with what I had to deal with. But he insisted on screaming at me because I refused to take bipolar meds which he thinks that I am after only sitting with me for two different sessions and not hearing or listening to a word I had to say. So if I were you I would not go and seek mental health help at this place. Let alone see Brian. I am filing a complaint against him. He was the rudest unprofessional doctor I have ever came in contact with and I will not ever be going back to see him.

The nurses at the front desk. All of them are great. So if you're going there for any other reason than mental health I suggest do so but do not see. Brian s. At that clinic. He is nothing but a fraud who is trying to push drugs on people that do not want or need them.

While my initial appointment was seamless and the providers were great, I have been trying to reach this office for an entire month to reschedule my dental appointment for a very necessary extraction. I wait on hold for 45 minutes+ and eventually hang up or get disconnected. I work business hours, so this prevents me from being able to wait that long or come in person. I've even tried calling the other connected clinics.

I've since had to go to urgent care twice to get antibiotics. I could really use a referral somewhere else before my situation becomes serious and my infection becomes resistant to antibiotics. I will no longer refer my clients here for dental.
