My dentist was Dr. Krantz. . . she, her assistant, and the administration staff were polite, delightful, and compassionate, and best of all, they were competent and efficient! I had to have a root canal 15 days ago, in my hometown near Atlanta. I was given 30 days to have the Endodontist’s temporary filling, replaced with a permanent filling.

A close relative of mine, who lives here in this area, was recently hospitalized, and needed my help with her aftercare, so I had to leave Atlanta before I could get my tooth filled. Faced with a such short deadline, I frantically sought a local dental practice, willing to consider my unique situation, and consent to treating me at the last minute. A friend of my relative referred me to Dr. Krantz, at FALLSGROVE Center for Dentistry. Their scheduler found an opening, and quickly gave me an appointment, without any hesitation. They also retrieved the X-rays records they needed, from my Atlanta Endodontist.

My appointment went flawlessly. Dr. Krantz explained there was no need to numb me, because the Endodontist had removed my nerve. It was actually an enjoyable experience, and they were done in 15 minutes…NO NOVOCAINE and NO PAIN, whatsoever!

My family and I have been patients at Fallsgrove center for Dentistry for many years. Dr. Krantz and her whole staff from the assistants to the hygienists, the front desk staff and the billing staff have been professional and experienced and top notch. I appreciate their expertise and care. I have been superbly helped by several hygienists including Cori and Christine as well as Molly and others in the front office. I hesitate to name names in fear of leaving someone out or misspelling! but I could literally name all of them.

I apologize to anyone I have forgotten and will blame my aging brain. The office is very clean and state of the art and I appreciate the care they take in all aspects of healthcare and keeping my teeth and gums healthy. I guess I am not alone in having some reluctance with doctor's appointments or having to go to the dentist, but they surely calm my nerves when I get there. Thanks to all for taking care of us. I highly recommend this practice.
