Overall, I wasn’t very happy with my visit. I can say that every member of staff that I interacted with from the front to the hygienist, and the dentist himself, were all courteous and professional. My problem with the visit and why I won’t be back is the long wait and the poor care from the dentist. They took me back nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time and it was another 30 minutes before I was even by the dentist. When the doctor came in he immediately started to do a dental cleaning.

I didn’t ask for a cleaning. I wasn’t there for a dental cleaning and they didn’t tell me that I was getting a cleaning. After the cleaning I spoke with the dentist and explained my chief complaints in regard to my missing crown. He did not do any examination, did not explain anything, did not ask any follow-up questions. He went very quickly through the cleaning that I wasn’t there for, briefly explained his recommended treatment plan, and was off to his next patient.

This is why I believe my frustrations were mainly regarding the business model of this office. They’re a large office and they’re obviously focused on volume of patients, and less so on the quality of care to each patient. If you need a routine cleaning, they’re probably fine. If you need anything beyond that, I wouldn’t recommend this office.

Queen Mary

Everyone was very kind and respectful, and they got me in less than 48hrs after I called, and I only was waiting in the waiting room maybe 5 minutes. The doctor made sure I was very comfortable before he pulled my tooth. A rating between 1 and 10 i would give a 💯 that's how good my experience was. Thank you to all the nurses and doctor. Highly recommend 👌

I was very impressed the way they got me in due to my bad tooth!!! Always had anxiety about going to dentist before!!! They made me feel very comfortable- anxiety was gone!!! Couldn't have asked for more professional people!!! Very Polite and Very Respectful!!! Tooth extracted and pain is gone!!! Feeling very Blessed for Familar Dental

Had a very positive experience. Staff were kind and supportive. The dentist was knowledgeable and made sure I had all of the information, as well as pros and cons, when making a decision regarding the next steps in my dental care. I can honestly say this was my first positive experience at a dental office in my almost 50 years.
