I will NOT be back to this place. I have waited almost 3 damn weeks to get a tooth pulled where the nerve is exposed. I had an appointment and was told it needed to come out and to get the medical clearance paperwork filled out and the dentist said she would fit me in during her lunch if she needed to. It has taken 3 weeks to get this paperwork taken care of because Familia Dental kept messing it up. I finally called my primary doctor myself to get the final part that they needed that I have been waiting almost a week for.

When I finally get the paperwork filled out, I'm told that the dentist is booked out until July. The nerve is exposed. May I repeat the nerve is exposed and more of the tooth keeps breaking and yet they wouldn't get me in for another 2 weeks because someone canceled. If I couldn't go in that day they wouldn't get me in again until July. This is a horrible place to go to.

Don't go there. I never had a problem with them before now and I will not return again. Rude front desk workers, impossible to get into a dentist during an emergency dental problem, and they do not help control your pain at all. Don't waste your time.
