I went to FCHC with my daughter and the provider, Erica Taylor seemed to be sympathetic to her issues. However, as soon as she left the room she failed to send the orders to the pharmacy and there was no thorough documentation on the appointment. Trying to reach her just one day after the appt was impossible and now my daughter has to go see another provider. Her care was substandard, at best.

Really don’t know what they went through in the past but I’ve only been with them for 4 months and they are truly a BLESSING! The doctors, Obgyn, and dentists! I would definitely recommend to ANYONE!

Absolutely do NOT recommend them or their Maternal Health and Wellness clinic. They are VERY unprofessional and will send you on a run around and will NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I have had multiple appointments cancelled the DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment that me and my husband BOTH take off of work for. The most recent appointment that they have canceled was for my Glucose Test due to me being in my 3rd trimester of Pregnancy. I was informed the NP that I see on the regular would call me to reschedule that was almost 2 whole weeks ago! I have YET to even meet a real Ob/Gyne just their Nurse Practitioners. They have constantly gotten my supposed due date wrong multiple times.

Now I am in the process of trying to sign a release consent form to go to another Ob/Gyne due to THEIR inconsistencies and unprofessionalism and I was informed to go to the main Family Christian Health Center building in the morning no matter which day to get it filled out. I get there and they tell me I have to come back on a Monday morning to sign the papers. Which is VERY inconvenient for me and my Husband due to both of us working full time. I am almost going on a month of not seeing a doctor or NP for my standard regular pregnancy check up ALONG with my glucose test that is HIGHLY needed due to diabetes during pregnancy running in my family along with preeclampsia. Dr.

Horn was recommended to me by my mother and a lot of other UChicago nurses who has personally worked beside her way back when UChicago Medicine was still Ingalls and I have met her personally at a class that was hosted by UChicago. She is absolutely AMAZING I just wish she had better staff or was at a better facility because I absolutely adored her the first time I met her. The staff and the facility is just putting a damper on her which is VERY unfortunate.

I met with Dr S Robinson today. All I can say is she is amazing. Her patience is unmatched, her ability to advise without diminishing my feelings or reservations is unparalleled. I truly feel like God chose her to be my doc. To learn to trust the science again and be cared for as I need. So thank you for having such an amazing doctor at your clinic
