I had been a patient for years and always had good experiences with my dentist, but unfortunately, the overall practice had been declining for a long time. The staff was often rushed and unprofessional, the receptionists were rude and even the waiting room environment was unpleasant due to the behavior of other patients. I voiced my concerns directly to the staff on multiple occasions, letting them know they were being disrespectful, but nothing ever changed. Billing was another constant frustration—getting answers was nearly impossible. No one ever seemed to know what they were looking at and many visits had billing discrepancies. I was frequently quoted one amount with my insurance, only to be billed something completely different. On top of that, for months, they randomly kept sending invoices to my mom instead of me.

I repeatedly asked them to update my guarantor information, but they refused, insisting that my parent was the policyholder simply because I had been a patient there as a child. I’m in my 30s and I had the same dental insurance through my employer for 12 years—I am the subscriber and always have been. Beyond the billing issues, the staff’s behavior was highly unprofessional. They regularly complained about their jobs in front of patients, yet continued to work there and one assistant always smelled like cigarette smoke. I could smell it through her gloves. During one of my last visits, she took my X-rays only to realize afterward that the settings had been too high—something she should have checked beforehand. When I decided to switch to a new dentist this past week, I requested my records to be transferred.

Out of all the times I had tried to get answers from the front desk, the office manager was suddenly quick to call me—not to address past concerns, but to ask why I was leaving. Well, now you know why in more detail. While I always liked the dentist, I dreaded my cleaning appointments every six months because of how unpleasant the staff was to deal with. It wasn’t just one employee—it was several, mostly the women upfront and on the phones. It's unfortunate, but the switch had to be made and I hope this feedback is used for improvement.

Dr. Moses is awesome. He is an incredible dentist. He listens very closely. His staff of technicians and assistants are great. They are all very caring and the office staff are very well informed and helpful. I'm so glad I can rely on them.

This place is very professional. The staff is super friendly. The wait time was very short. The lobby is nice and clean. They played relaxing music during my cleaning and fillings.

They did excellent work on my teeth as well. They offered to fix a cavity immediately after my cleaning which was super convenient and I barely felt any pain during the procedure. I am glad this is my new place for dental appointments.
