I woke up with unbearable pain in a molar and went to the nearest open emergency dentist, which happened to be these guys. I had never been a patient before. Although the office was busy, staff moved quickly to make sure I could be seen - i hardly had to wait at all. On top of being professional, everyone was empathetic and kind. I was treated, prescribed antibiotics, given detailed instructions on next steps, and sent on my way.

They also squeezed my insurance for some kind of benefit I didn’t even know I had - I ended up paying much less than I expected to - and certainly less than I would have paid at my regular dentist in NYC. I’m switching to this office full time and can’t recommend them highly enough. A++.

Ive been coming here for years and this staff truly is incredible! I usually work with Shiela and she is always fantastic and a pleasure to see! The dentist always takes his time to make sure your worries are heard and addressed.

Also shout out to the whole receptionist team there! They always go above and beyond for their patients! Recently had some help from Lourdes and she was great! If i could give 10 stars i would!

He takes his time explaining and showing you everything you need to know about your specific situation. I highly recommend this practice!

From my arrival to my departure, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Liz did a very thorough and gentle cleaning and Dr. Hatfield was easy to talk to and informative. It's rare these days to come across an excellent staff.
