Great place for dental care. Dr. Masters is a great dentist and the dental techs are super nice and proficient. You don't feel like a number being quickly shuffled in just to get you out. They care about their patients and I highly recommend to anyone looking for dental care.

I will start off saying the dentist was very pleasant. However the office insurance lady was not. She needs to educate her self in billing process with 2 dental insurance. I was told I had to pay 2 deductibles one for my plan and one for my husbands plan because she didn’t know which one was primary. My plan is primary as I am the one getting services. I asked that my plan just be billed and I would pay my deductible and any remaining once Ins paid.
She told me he had to do both because it’s COB issues. I tried to explain I have been auditing insurance for 15 years and that’s not how dental insurance works. She got rude I left them she called right after and said they would do the services still if I came back in. I explained I was not going to return to a dental office if that is how I was treated. I called back to speak with the dentist and he was polite but did not apologize how his office staff was and tried to defend them.

I highly recommend this dentist. I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I had a filling fall out and had pain in my jaw. The staff here was so great! They set an appointment up quickly. Dr. Masters put me at ease and the process was painless and easy. Thanks you guys! Kudos to the service you provided!
