I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dentist office. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. First of all, the waiting times were ridiculously long – I felt like I spent more time in their uncomfortable waiting room than I did actually getting any treatment. Once they call you in you then end up spending another 25-35 minutes just sitting in the dental chair before anyone sees you. You just sit there - just listening to what the staff is ordering for lunch or who has a wedding to go to. To make matters worse, their communication is abysmal. They never answer their phones, very hard to get a hold of when you need them.
Even if you leave a message, don't expect a call back. I've left multiple messages and received zero responses. It's as if they don't care about their patients' concerns or inquiries at all. As if the wait and lack of communication weren't enough, they also managed to charge me multiple times for the same service. It's beyond frustrating to see unexpected charges on my bill after an already unpleasant experience. What's even more infuriating is that the dentist himself doesn't communicate well about what's happening. He seems to hide behind his staff, avoiding taking responsibility for the issues at hand.
I came here bc I heard some good things and thought the dentist was kind, but it seems like if they don't know you they give you less than satisfactory service. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dentist office to look elsewhere. The lack of professionalism, terrible communication, excessive wait times, double charging, and the dentist's evasive behavior make this place an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and find a dentist office that actually values its patients.

Ive been coming here since i was a little kid. They’ve done a great job with anything and everything they’ve done for me. I’m currently finishing up my Invisalign through them and the process has been effortless for me and well planned out from them. Highly recommended.
