Worst experience. Please choose another dentist!

I just stumbled upon these reviews and am surprised at how different my experience could be from everyone else. I've used Dr. Kesselman for years now and he's done efficient, fairly priced work for me. When something is not right, which is rare, he fixes it.
For example, I'm seeing him today because a crown that was made for me did not fit as well as he liked. I wouldn't have known the difference, but he did and he sent it back for a replacement. I'll continue to use him despite these other reviews.

I can only say good things about Family Dental Group, my family has used them for a number of years. I've had good experiences with Dr. kesselman, and also with Dr. Robert Friedman who was my dentist before Dr. Kesselman. (Dr.
Friedman is now the director of dental implants for the entire group and all of its locations). Doctor Kesselman, and Doctor Freedman have both been very fair, offering a discount and payment plans when insurance didn't cover certain procedures. They diagnose problems quickly and efficiently. When there's an unusual issue, they will refer you to the right specialist or oral surgeon to make sure you get the best possible outcome, even if it's outside of their group.
