These people are amazing!! I’m not a patient, my orthodontist is in London, but I had a wire that was scraping my cheek at the back and causing so much pain. I was passing through and wouldn’t be back to my regular ortho until September. Knowing I couldn’t wait that long I frantically called all the orthodontists in Orangeville begging for help, I had been dealing with the pain for the last week with no relief.

One place I called said they would do it but wouldn’t get me in for a few days and would charge me a $150 exam fee!! To clip a wire!!! But when I called Family Dental on Broadway they said come in now we’ll fit you in, no charge! I went over, waited maybe 10 minutes, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was in and out in about 15 minutes total with my wire cut and instant relief! They gave me some extra supplies for my braces and sent me on my way WITH NO CHARGE. I could have hugged the receptionist.

Best experience ever. If I lived closer I’d be switching orthodontists!

I can not say enough good things about this entire establishment. I have never felt so good about a dentist office before in my life! After a couple less than stellar experiences with my boys we ended up trying Family Dental on Broadway. From the minute we walked into the door it was a completely new experience. The staff are the absolute friendliest. They actually care about their clients and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Dr Ranu is amazing with kids, my boys have had a lot of work done and they never had any issues being nervous. She really takes the time to explain to THEM about what's happening and making them feel comfortable. We will be clients here for as long as we can. Thank you to the entire team for making going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be!!!
