This office is very unprofessional. Doctor answered personal phone call during visit. She was very judgmental when it came to my teeth. I came to this office knowing that I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. She showed no compassion and lack of respect to her paying patients.

Then, when it came time to get my treatment plan, I was told that the oral surgeon I would need does not accept my insurance, and that they would not refer me to anyone who would accept my insurance. WASTE OF TIME. Do not go here.

Had my first visit and it went very well. Yes I did have to wait a bit, but the treatment was done with the at most care. From the receptionist in the front to the doctor in the back, I was welcomed with the care and respect any patient deserves with a family friendly vibe that will makes it worth it to go.

I do hope that the old reviews don't discourage people from going because they are making changes that is for the better, just give them shot.

BEWARE THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT SERVICES ARENT COVERED BY INSURANCE AND MAKE YOU PAY OUT OF POCKET!!! Read on please!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I went in for the 1st visit they did X-rays and said I needed prior approval for deep cleaning, that approval would take 2 weeks scheduled a follow up visit 2 weeks later, it was cancelled over the phone 2 hours before the visit rhe excuse they used was that the X-ray machine was broken even though I explained to her that my X-rays had been taken already, she assured me that they couldn’t see me because I didn’t have X-rays on file. The next time I went in and was told that my insurance denied my authorization for deep cleaning and that if I wanted my teeth cleaned I had to pay $500 out of pocket, I charged it to a credit card asked for a treatment plan and itemized receipt (they didn’t give either one!!) and called my insurance the next day only to find out that they didn’t even submit payment for any visits much less an authorization request for the service they made me pay for!!! My insurance is currently investigating the office, they called the office while I was on the line and the girl Cindy was stumbling on her words trying to make up 2-3 different excuses as to why she lied about my service being denied and made me pay out of pocket.

I’m really happy that my insurance is involved and I’m confident they will have to give me my money back they have until Friday to submit the claim and I have a pretty good feeling that they won’t submit it because they are sub par and have lied multiple times.

This was my first visit at this office. I've always felt self conscious about my teeth, which is why I've prolonged dental visits in the past. The doctor at this office made feel very comfortable during my visit. Although I wasn't seen at the exact time of my appointment, the front staff was very courteous and professional. The staff was knowledgeable and explained the dental costs where as it was easy to understand. In the end, I was given an affordable treatment plan to restore my teeth.

I left the office feeling hopeful and encouraged by the tender care I received. UPDATE: This dental office is looking to build its clientele without providing exceptional service. Although the first appointment was pleasant, most of the others were canceled by the staff several times in a row. The doctor would call out on a number of occasions or overbook appointments. I would not recommend this dental office.
