Its funny now that I wrote this review back when it was ran by Dr. Chueng. Le Trau dental is a scam and con job. After he botched pulling out my teeth, I was charged 1500 for new partials. They have never fit right and I can't wear them.

Now I'm told that they won't even see me to attempt to adjust them. DO NOT GO HERE I'm very happy with my experience here. They didn't try to add on charges not covered by my insurance such as "scalings" which aren't needed like Aspen in Springfield did. I had to get partial dentures and they took the time to adjust them until they fit well and I'm very pleased with them.

Such incompetence. Made a partial for me that didn’t fit and had to redo it three times. It hurts so bad to wear it and creating a lisp because it wasn’t fitted properly. It created an intense pain and I couldn’t eat with it so what’s the use? Then the dentist tells me that from a dentist standpoint, it fits the way it’s supposed to fit. I couldn’t believe that he actually said that to me. He told me he could give me some exercises to do to lessen the lisp.

I just wouldn’t accept what was made and asked for it to be redone. . Once they got the third one made, and it still didn’t fit properly, they made me sign a form that it was ok or they wouldn’t give it to me. So now this $1000 dollar partial sits in a drawer. Stay away.

At first I really enjoyed it here. . then the work got sloppy. Not only have I had problems, but my family as well. I now have had to replace work they done 4 times within a year. The last visit I had with them was a nightmare. Having trauma from previous dentists, I was willing to trust them.

The dentist numbed me but not enough and when I said something in tears, he ended up becoming frustrated and without topical numbing, jammed the Novacane into my gum. I was crying and he did not care one bit. I was gagging on the novacane that dripped out of the syringe into my mouth and he just walked out. 100% do NOT recommend going here. I recently moved and it's crazy that a new dentist office looks at the work done and asked "Who in the world did this work". .

Wouldn’t take my insurance for a cleaning. Then said I needed 19 fillings, asked them to send me my X-rays so I could take them to another dentist and said they couldn’t send MY X-rays to me, only to another dentist ! Finally sent them to another dentist and the other dentist said my teeth were perfect and I only needed one broken filling fixed ! Frauds ! Do not go here.
