I just had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Mohini Verma's office. I was greeted by a friendly staff and Dr. Verma was very kind and gentle throughout the procedure always checking to see if I was doing OK. She is highly skilled and professional, I can say the same about her assistant. So glad I found this place, definitely going back. Thank you Dr. Verma.

First I made an appointment last Wednesday and they got all my information and everything sounded great. They confirmed and repeated my appointment was set and scheduled. Asked me to text them my insurance information to the same phone number. Sent it after we finalize or phone call. They called me on Friday, to confirm the appointment for Thursday February 15, 2024 At 4 pm. I get there at 3:50 pm Today 2/15/2024 to find out they had me nowhere in the schedule after they called me Friday to confirm my appointment.

They had me there repeating and spelling my name and last name. Gave them my number and they found my text with my insurance information. After 7 mins of going back and forth. They offered me to wait because they had a full waiting room. No thanks I already wasted enough time dealing with the receptionist to be waiting even more to get called in. So unprofessional and time wasting.

I would give them a zero star if I could. Don't waste time dealing with people like that. People got to missed work/come early for appointments to not even be on the list and got to waste more time waiting for an opening. If you think of making an appointment I would reconsider. Thanks for nothing!
