They make you wait more than an hour to be attended to, they are irresponsible because for that they set an hour for the appointment ..

I was there yesterday because I called with another broken tooth. They got me in the same day and fixed the problem and took my dental insurance; Delta Dental. I have been there a few times and have sisters that go there with their families and think it is a nice relaxed place with a caring staff.

How I came about Dr. Zietz in Middleton!!! He is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Great Guy!!! Understanding, easy to talk to, Awesome DENTIST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!!! He went over and beyond for us and I GREATLY APPRECIATE IT, MY SISTER DOES TREMENDOUSLY AS WELL!!!!! Dr. Zietz is a REAL DENTIST!!! He LOVES his JOB, KNOWS HOW TO DO IT, AND CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS!!!!! Thank you Doctor Zietz!!!!! You have gained three patients because of this and I know you will gain many more as well!!! Highly Recommended! if you do not believe me , you be the judge. . . . Read this story! So here it is: My Sister went and had two teeth filled (small fillings, was told they were tiny and no need for root canals) on a Thursday by Dr. X( this is what I will call the original dentist who did the work to begin with) That night she was in terrible pain! She called dentist Dr. X and was told to make Appt to come in that Friday. So she went in Friday morning. They said her tooth would need a root canal and it is infected! Told her to call Tuesday (soonest to fit her in)to have it fixed! Gave her antibiotics and pain meds. . .
Sent her home! They did not do X-rays. She was in so much pain. She called her dentist agian!! After hours of course they said take pain meds every 4hrs like she was told, but also take Ibuprofen too! Told agian will not fix it till Tuesday! When I got home from work, I found her in so much pain! She was in the fetal position screaming, crying and sick from the pain! I rushed her to the ER, we found out her tooth was CRACKED! A minor filling Dr. X did and CRACKED her tooth through and through. . Easily noticeable with a light to her tooth. So they did a block and gave her more pain meds! Still wasn't working! I started calling dentist in Dane county!!! I literally called EVERY Dentist in Dane county!!!!! Between the messages I left and dentist I spoke to, Dr. Zietz was the only one who called back and was willing to come in early Saturday morning to help her. Which he has a life outside of work but still came in for her!!! He did X-rays and found it was cracked like the ER , but also there is a trapped pocket of air right near/against the root of the tooth that should have been filled, She also did not have any infection! So Dr. X that did the original work on Thursday didn't do the work correctly to begin with. Then my calling letting Dr. X know what's going on and my sister comes in on that Friday saying what's going on in tears, they look at her and come to conclusion she needed a root canal and had infection without taking X-rays to check there work! Then told she hads to wait till Tuesday! With making numerous calls after hours emergency number, and still wouldn't do nothing till after the weekend. A $200 bill has turned into over a $2000 bill because of Dr.
X! So two visits she was charged at Dr. X that messed up, an ER visit, and two visits to fix what was done wrong! One which is an Emergency Visit! I called Dr. X Spoke to em a number of times going to the ER at the ER etc. . Dr. X would not come in or nothing! Making my sister still wait till Tuesday, finally Dr. X bumped it to Monday, but that is because we told Dr. X the tooth was cracked!!! Dr. X said, "everyone has cracks in all their teeth, it's normal! I also do not believe it is bad like they say!" Well doc not like this!!! In the end I had taken my sister home feeling helpless and that I failed getting her feeling better, or at least comfortable. We all know how pain in a tooth or teeth can be!!! Dr. Zietz called me early Saturday morning and came in on his day off, figured out the issue, fixed it partially(since it needed a root canal due to damage caused by an improper filling)Dr. Zietz is fitting her in early Monday morning to finish work of said root canal! He also said; "if the pain gets worse agian, or anything else changes for the worse, if we have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to give him a call. " He even called later in the evening to see how she was doing! If this doesn't deserve a 5star rating, I do not know what does!
